Quick Answers

Some things folks ask us all the time

We're pretty flexible - you can cancel up to 48 hours before check-in without any fees. Life happens, we get it. For special packages or events, the terms might be a bit different, so just check when you're booking or give us a shout.

We love furry friends! Small to medium dogs and cats are welcome in select suites. There's a small additional fee and we ask that you let us know ahead of time so we can prep the room with some extra goodies for your buddy.

Yep! We've got a shuttle service running between YVR and the hotel. It's complimentary for suite guests, and there's a nominal fee for standard rooms. Just let us know your flight details when you book and we'll have someone waiting for you.

Check-in's at 3 PM and check-out's at 11 AM. But honestly, if you need some wiggle room, just ask - we'll do our best to accommodate. Early arrivals can always hang out in our lounge or grab a spa treatment while we prep your room.

Valet parking's complimentary for all guests. We've also got a secure underground garage if you prefer self-parking. Electric vehicle charging stations are available too - no extra charge for those either.
